Requesting Process

Our ASL interpreters are highly-qualified in the skills of American Sign Language and English Language proficiency, cultural mediation between Hearing and Deaf cultures, and ethically bound to the Code of Professional Conduct set forth by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID).

In procuring this service, we offer you our certified staff interpreters, and subcontractors from a network of more than 150 certified / state-registered interpreters from all around Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

STEP 2:

Event Intake

Tell the Interpreting Coordinator the details of the event...

  • What is the event?

  • When will the event take place?

  • How long will the service be needed?

  • Where will the event be located?

  • What special considerations need to be shared?

STEP 3:

Agreement

Upon request, we can share our rate and policy summary with first-time customers. To get set up as a customer in our system, we need a billing contact name, phone number, mailing address, and email address.

After agreement, an interpreter(s) will then be assigned to your event, with the intent of matching the best-fitting interpreter to the needs and requests of the clients.

STEP 4:

Payment

A billing invoice will be sent to you once the event is complete.

You may pay online through the invoice's web payment link, by phone with a credit card, or by check via US Mail.
